What to send before requesting a hydraulic flatbed
Vehicle and pickup details help the driver decide whether the available loading equipment is suitable before travelling. The vehicle name alone is not enough.
Share the pickup pin in WhatsApp
Use Attach → Location to send the pickup pin. If unavailable, provide the area, a clear nearby landmark and direction of travel. Do not share your location while driving.
Explain the loading requirements
If safe, send a vehicle and parking-location photo. Explain low clearance, tyre or axle damage, locked wheels and transmission condition. The driver confirms equipment suitability.
Electric and low-clearance vehicles
Provide the model and power/battery condition, and consult its manufacturer transport instructions. Do not assume one towing method fits every vehicle. Confirm loading arrangements with the driver.
Before accepting transport
Confirm the destination, price, arrival estimate and payment method. For injury or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services first; Masar coordinates vehicle transport.
Availability is confirmed when a driver accepts. Published service hours: 10 a.m.–8 p.m. No app download or account is required.
