Agreeing a towing price in Muscat and Seeb
Towing prices depend on distance, vehicle condition and loading requirements. There is no fixed fare for every trip. Confirm the total with your driver before service.
What to share for a useful quote
Send the pickup pin, destination and vehicle type. Explain whether the wheels turn, whether neutral is available, and whether the vehicle is lowered or accident damaged.
What to confirm before the driver travels
Agree the total transport fare, drop-off point, estimated arrival time and payment method. Ask whether special loading or waiting affects the quote. Confirm any additional service before accepting it.
What Masar does
Masar coordinates requests with an available driver. You agree the towing fare and pay the driver directly. The driver’s platform fee is separate from your transport fare. Acceptance and arrival times are not guaranteed.
If plans change
Tell the driver when the pickup or destination changes. Send “cancel request” to the bot to cancel. A replacement option may be offered, subject to availability.
Availability is confirmed when a driver accepts. Published service hours: 10 a.m.–8 p.m. No app download or account is required.
