If the trip is cancelled before completion, we ask whether you want another driver. With your consent, we search again using your existing details, subject to availability.
Your pickup pin goes to the driver who accepts. Sharing a pin is not continuous tracking. To cancel through WhatsApp, send “cancel request”.

What if the driver or I cancel?
For a cancellation before completion, WhatsApp asks whether you want another driver. Choose yes to search again, subject to availability. Repeated replacement attempts are limited; contact Masar if no replacement is available.
How do I share a precise location?
In WhatsApp, open Attach → Location → Send your current location, or select the exact pickup point. Confirm the pin before sending. This shares a point, not continuous tracking.
